Asthapai is an online store for phones, gadgets and accessories, serving customers across Bangladesh. In these terms, "we", "us" and "Asthapai" mean the Asthapai store, and "you" means anyone who uses the website or places an order.

You may shop as a guest or create an account. If you create one, you agree to:

• Give accurate details and keep them up to date.
• Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Tell us at once if you suspect someone else has used it.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or is used for fraud.

We describe every product as accurately as we can, including its specifications and warranty. Colours and finishes may look slightly different on your screen.

• All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout before you confirm.
• If a price or listing is clearly wrong, we may cancel the order; you will never be charged more than the total you confirmed.

Your order is a request to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it, and you will receive an email at each step. A larger order may arrive in more than one parcel, each with its own delivery updates.

We may decline or cancel an order, for example when an item is out of stock, the address cannot be reached or the order looks fraudulent. If that happens we will let you know by email.

Orders are currently paid by cash on delivery: you pay the delivery rider the exact amount shown on your order when the parcel arrives. Please check the parcel before paying. Online payment will be added soon, and these terms will be updated when it is.

We deliver to all 64 districts. Inside Dhaka, delivery usually takes 1–2 working days; elsewhere in Bangladesh, 2–5 working days. These are estimates, not guarantees; weather, holidays and courier delays can extend them. Please make sure someone can receive the parcel and that the phone number on the order is reachable.

You can cancel an order yourself from your order page while it is still waiting for confirmation. Once it is confirmed, contact us and we will try to stop it. Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

Warranty terms are shown on each product page and are honoured by Asthapai or by the brand's official service centre, as stated. Keep your invoice and the original box; most warranty claims need them.

Reviews must be honest, about the product, and free of abusive, misleading or promotional content. We may moderate or remove reviews that break these rules. By posting a review, you allow us to display it on Asthapai.

You agree not to:

• Place fake orders, or orders you do not intend to accept.
• Misuse coupons, scrape the site or interfere with how it works.
• Use Asthapai for anything unlawful under the laws of Bangladesh.

We work hard to keep Asthapai accurate and available, but the site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Asthapai is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version, and changes apply to orders placed after that date.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka have jurisdiction over any dispute.
